Our leasing and asset finance practice has grown out of our unchallenged experience and expertise in the area of asset finance.  In the realm of aviation law and aircraft finance, we have unrivalled experience in permanent financing, sale and purchase agreements, wet and dry leases, financial and operating leases, charter arrangements, financing aircraft for airlines, the preparation and negotiation of contracts, structured permanent financing transactions and furnishing opinions to local and international clients.  We have extensive experience in the field of ECA supported financing and we played a leading role in the 2003/2004 US Ex-Im Bank supported capital market financing of five Boeing 737-800 aircraft on lease to South African Airways.
