We believe in sharing knowledge with our clients and keep them regularly informed, through seminars, regular newsletters and electronic newsbriefs, of the latest amendments to legislation or changes in the approach of the courts on issues of importance to the human resources, financial management, company secretary or risk control functions.  With our assistance, our clients are equipped to develop pro-active initiatives and prevention practices to ensuring the avoidance of adverse, unintended consequences and/or negative exposure.  ENS offers tailor-made training courses to assist our corporate clients in areas such as managing discipline and performance, appearing in the CCMA and chairing disciplinary enquiries.  We also support clients who run their own matters in the CCMA in the form of advice on the conduct of the case and/or research to support the argument required.
